Prizes
The Takapotku tournament has always been known for being generous with prizes. This year the tournament has three kinds of prizes: money prizes for top three, Pandanet Go European Cup points for top players and book prizes for everyone with good results.
Money prizes
Places are determined by McMahon score. If MMS is even, then SOS is applied.
If there are players who have the same MMS as the tournament winner, then the prize money for first places is shared among these players.

Pandanet Go European Cup points
The Pandanet Go European Cup points will be given according to the Level 1 tournament table in the Pandanet Go European Cup Prizes & points site.
Book prizes
Book prizes will be available to all players who will win at least four games out of five in the tournament. The tournament organizers also reserve the right to give unannounced special prizes for other players with good results. :-)
(Book prizes do not apply to the top three players who reach the money prizes.)
